RICK BRADDY, President and CEO
 
 
 
Rick Braddy recently retired as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of 
CITRIX Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS), Virtualization Systems Group after 
6 years of service. While with Citrix, Mr. Braddy was responsible for a 
broad range of business and technology strategies which contributed to 
the company's growth to $1.39 billion dollars in 2007.  

As the CTO of the original and largest Citrix group, he was responsible 
for Citrix's Technology Office in the Virtualization Systems Group, an 
$890 million business unit. Mr. Braddy led the Citrix's business and 
technology strategy, technology architectures and platforms, patents and 
intellectual property.  He also served as VP Product Marketing and Product 
Management for 3 years, which resulted in majority of the company's profits 
and revenue growth during the 2004 through 2007.

In 2002, Rick joined what was then known as the Citrix Poker Open club which 
became the South Florida Open - a private company poker club that played 
together several times a month.  In 2003, Rick emerged as the club champion, 
having acquired the most tournament points for the year.

In early 2004, Rick began work on one of the first poker odds calculators in his
spare time, which became known as Poker Sidekick and founded Royal Flush Club, 
Inc. as a poker software company.  At this stage, poker continued as a hobby.  

Poker Sidekick was launched in October, 2004 and began selling to a small base 
of customers.  By early 2005, Rick released the first version of his best-selling 
Secrets of Winning Sit and go tournaments e-book.  In 2006, Rick designed the 
first Web-based online poker skills test at www.PokerTester.com, a free Texas 
Hold'em skills test.

Since 2004, Rick has trained many thousands of poker players worldwide, 
elevating them from the beginner and intermediate skill level to become advanced poker 
players.  In late 2007, Rick decided to retite from corporate life to pursue his 
poker and other entrepreneurial passions.  In October 2007, the Royal Flush Club 
members site was created and by November 2007, the first site became 
operational.  

By the end of 2007, the site had over 150 charter member customers, who helped 
Rick define and shape the site into what it's become today.

In early December 2007, Rick and Brett "Gank" Jungblut agreed to join together 
to provide the advanced and expert level players with advanced training for 
multi-table tournaments (MTT), high stakes sit and go (SNG) and high-stakes 
cash games.  Gank provides a solid foundation for our Poker Underground members 
to rapidly advance their skills in order to compete successfully in higher-stakes 
poker.

Prior to Citrix and Royal Flush Club, Rick has over 25 years of high technology 
experience. Prior to Citrix, he held key positions at BMC Software over an 
8-year period, including group architect for eBusiness Solutions where he defined, 
built, and supported leading-edge service-level management solutions for managing 
Internet, application server, middleware, CRM and ERP systems, and developing database 
administration tools for Oracle and SQL-Server.  Rick is an inventor and 
hold patents on web load-balancing and fault-tolerant systems.

Rick spent the late 1970's in the United States Air Force, where he specialized 
in top-secret cryptographic data and voice communications systems at NORAD Cheyenne 

Mountain Complex in Colorado Springs. Mr. Braddy graduated from US Air Force 
Cryptographic School with honors in 1977.
